I need more instructions.
Here is the response from SoftMake support.
I cannot find the C:\Users\<UserProfile>\Documents\SoftMaker\Backup folder. And I am not sure what to do when I d this folder.

Dear customer,
this looks like the problem with your OneDrive cloud storage, most obvious, it is disconnected and for the given file isn't synchronization with cloud service completed.
If you can't solve the problem as mentioned before you can restore it from SoftMaker folder of file backups:
C:\Users\<UserProfile>\Documents\SoftMaker\Backup

You can check yesterday's latest copy by ribbon command File | File Management group | Versions. To check the exact path of this folder please check the ribbon command File | Options | File. Please share a screenshot of this setting so that we can check if we can help here.
