How to set number of lines and more?

I need to set a certain document pages so they all have:

- 30 lines
- 70 characters per line

I went to File > Page setup but found nothing there to make these settings.

I used the ruler slider to set the number of characters per line and to set the number of lines I selected a paragraph and went to Format > Paragraph to try different paragraph spacings until I got the right setting to have the 30 lines in an acceptable appearence.

Is there a way to set all that automatically in TextMaker 2018? TIA.
