Hyperlink - selection in document

In a previously created document that contains several hyperlinks to other locations in the same document, I could simply hover over the hyperlink and click (ENTER) to 'jump' to that location. Now I have to use CTRL + ENTER to 'jump'. Can I re-establish the previous, quicker method?
