Spell check correction changes formatting

If I have a word that is formatted (say italics) that is misspelled and use the suggested correction, it removes the formatting. Small but annoying.

I couldn't reproduce it here with a word written in Times New Roman (italic).

Please provide a small sample file. Thank you!
