Style Reference No matching text found

Hello!
I've inserted a Chapter break, then a Footer, then a field with a Page number.
It works!
But when I close the file and open again the footer has this text "Style Reference: No matching text found".
What can I do?

In which file format have you saved your file?

I use only ODT.

I don't know if it's important or not but all my files were converted from WPD (Word Perfect).
This conversion works great in most cases. Sometimes I have to fix a few things nut nothing very important.
Do you need me to send you some of the files with these problems?

Yes, you can send us the file to forum(at)softmaker.com referring to this thread. But I would suggeest to save in docx file format. this should keep the page numbers in the footer.
