Heading inside Text frame not being detected in ToC

As the title says, heading inside text frame is not being picked up by ToC. The MS Office solution is to use a frame. But I do not know how to add a frame in Softmaker Office 2018. Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks for reporting this problem. I was able to reproduce it and forwarded the details to our development team.

You can add Text Frame by Ribbon command Insert | Text Frame > Then draw the frame with the desired size.
