I work on TI support team of an ERP Developement Entreprise. I had a report from a client that our system is opening with some glitch that consists in open the "welcome msg" in notepad. Then I figured out that started just after uninstall SoftMaker FreeOffice Suite and was able to reproduce in my computer but still didn't find anything to solve this problem. I tried to mess around with files associations as well as install alternative office suites including MS Office, but the issue still remain: When I open the program it downloads the "welcome msg" through the Internet Explorer and shows it with notepad on the screen.
I'll attach some pics to show a demonstration about what would it look and what wouldnt it look.
