Ashampoo Office 2018

How does Ashampoo Office 2018 differ from Softmaker Office 2018? I note that the Ashampoo product is less expensive so I'm assuming it has significantly fewer features.

No BasicMaker, no extended Thunderbird, no support from SoftMaker, no Berlitz dictionaries and no service packs from SoftMaker.
