Refund Request

Sorry to say that SoftMaker Office just does not work for my needs...... too many problems with PlanMaker.....

I have asked support for help.....no response from them

I have also asked twice via the support contact email system asking for a refund......no response from them on this either....

I have uninstalled the program but would like some help on getting the refund.....

Thanks for any help you can render....
