Registration fails Internet connection not detected (Broadband)

Hi there,
I wanted to try your software in order to find a good compatibility with MS Office files.
All went well until I've placed the code received by mail - then the software told me I am not connected.

Well I am connected right now 1Gb/s connection using not a router but an internet cable connected to my motherboard - PPPOE DSL. Ethernet Connection is not available also on Windows Control Panel - so I have Eternet Unknown and Broadband as Connections. I connect using Broadband.
Of course most programs can connect and communicate trough this connection - I don't know why others can't.

Probably you can add another method to search the computer connectivity to allow registration for users using DSL (with no DHCP from router).

Thanks for the software - I hope you will solve this problem.

Please make sure that no firewall is blocking the access to our license server. SoftMaker Office needs to contact it in order to register your license key.

Amendment: often Comodo is blocking the access to the license server.
