Printing to Xerox printer

Printing to Xerox printer
I use FlexiPDF Pro for office use and when trying to print documents to my local Xerox color printer, PDF's do not print completely or at all. If I open these same files with another PDF editor and send them to the Xerox color printer they do print with no issues.
I am not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. Do you have any guidance on this? I can send scans of what the output looks like from both applications if needed. The fact that I can send from other editors, makes me think there is an issue with FlexiPDF. Typically, FlexiPDF will only print the very top of the page, and sometimes won't print anything. The other editer (FileCenter Pro) always prints the complete page.

Hi Sven - I sent email to forum(at)softmaker.de and referenced this thread. I included the output scans from FlexiPDF and my other PDF editor. I also included the first page of the original PDF that I was trying to print.

So - really no help here on this annoying bug with the Xerox driver...

We will refer that issue to our developers for more investigations. Please try again with the next service pack as soon as it is available."
Pretty definitive answer to a really frustrating problem.

We have reported the issue to the developers and are pushing for a resolution.

Just wanted to let you know that the recent update to V1.05 did not resolve the printing issue mentioned in this thread.

This problem still exists. I use Xerox printers exclusively due to a service contract. I am unable to print with FlexiPDF Pro since purchasing a license for the software. Due to this and also garbled files that I routinely get when opening scanned documents, I would like to know if I can receive a refund of my original purchase price. I have not previously requested this due to promises of developer engagement to resolve the problems. I recently trialed a version of Iceni Infix Pro which has the same interface as FlexiPDF Pro and coincidentally the same problems printing and opening scanned files. At this time I do not believe there will be a fix for either issue and would like to request a refund for the application. Can you please refer me to the correct person or department for this? I have been a longtime licensed user of Softmaker Office Professional and love that software. Thank you for your assistance.
