Internet connection needed for every start up

It seems that the copy of Softmaker 2016 for Linux that I have requires an internet connection every time the software starts (not just once). Please tell me that this can be fixed?

I installed the Office in an Ubuntu 14.04.2 64bit, activated it and disabled the network card (no internet connection anymore). Afterwards I could start every program, even after a new boot of the system. Could you please tell us which server SoftMaker Office wants to connect? Thank you!

I am not terribly sure what you are asking.

I am using Linux Mint 17.3 on an ordinary PC (Intel NUC).

If I am not connected to the web Softmaker 2016 just states that I do not have enough permissions to run the software and stops.

If I am connected to the web Softmaker Office 2016 runs. This happens with each of the components.

I am using the licence key you sent me when I pre-paid for Softmaker Offuce 2016.

I attached the error message I get.
I wrote about this issue to the support, and they asked for details, and I provided it to them, which is:

1) I enter this product key: [my key] to successfully unlock the office suite.
2) Close the office.
3) Completely disconnect the computer from the internet. (Make sure you are not connected via wifi, lan, 3g, or any other way.)
4) Start the office, I started TextMaker.
5) And after that I get the mentioned error: “The application cannot create a unique identifier. Please make sure the application has sufficient permissions. Retry / Cancel”

My current Linux is OpenSUSE Tumbleweed x86-64 20151209
I used this Installer: softmaker-office-2016-749.x86_64.rpm
Beforehand the beta (softmaker-office-2016-748.x86_64.rpm) was installed on my system, but before installing the 749 version I removed it, even the config directory in the home (.softmaker)

Exactly the same message appears when I disconnect my computer.

This issue should be fixed with the next service pack. Please try out when it's released and report if it occurs again.

You need to replace the files in the SoftMaker Office program folder with the files in the .tgz file.

OK. The hotfix (ofl16_hotfix_7077.tgz) does not fix this issue.
