Is BasicMaker includxed in Office 2016?

I am assuming that BasicMaker Is some variant of Microsoft Visual Basic;

Is this the case?
Is BasicMaker included in the "Free version" of SoftMakerOffice2016 that is currently being offered (as of 20160429)?


Oh. and many, many, MANY! thanks; for the excellent Android version SoftMakerOffice for Android!
With that software You guys showed the world that their Androids were actually handheld computers, and not just expensive
"game boys" to play Tetris on.

BasicMaker is not included in FreeOffice. It is part of SoftMaker Office Standard and Professional 2016 for Windows:
