TypeError importing emClient data

I have purchased the 2016 office version.
I have installed this software, including the Mozilla Thunderbird software.

I have selected the tools and import emClient account/emails etc.

And then I suddenly get the error message
TypeError: emcAccount.outServer is null

What have I done wrong?

Some eM Client databases can cause problems. Our developers are working on that problem. There will be a service pack released soon to solve this issue.

We had some error messages with the import filter (and they are already fixed or in the process of being fixed), but this one sounds new.

Could you zip your eM Client database, upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and send the download link to forum (at) softmaker.de? I will then assign a developer to this problem.
