Error trying to import address book from eM Client

I get this message trying to import my Contacts -
"Error:Charsets:Unknown charset ISO-8859-1;FORMAT=FLOWED"

This looks like a defective e-mail message.

But we need your eM Client database to check. Please zip the folder "Application Data\eM Client for SoftMaker", upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and send us the download link. We will quickly assign a developer to remedy the issue.

Send my zipped and encrypted database location to where? I am not paranoid, but I do value my privacy. I need a private email address to which I can send both the location and the password for unzipping.

Incidentally, I managed to successfully import contacts, calendars and tasks one by one. Each of my attempts to import emails alone showed up this fault at different points in the inbox, as shown by the number of entries.
