Error trying to import emails from eM Client

Post by Dicky » Thu May 21, 2015 4:39 am

I have been trying with the last 2 versions of the Beta to import emails from eM Client 6.0.22344.0 (the latest version as part of SoftMaker Office Pro 2012).

It doesn't work. Error message is:

Error:IemcEMclientFolderHandler: Unknown account id61.

The database location selected in attempting the import is the one recognised by eM Client, i.e.
c:\users\me\AppData\Roaming\eM Client for SoftMaker

Suggestions? I am not going to upgrade until I know that this will work.

If the problem still persists with the eM Client Import, you can send us the database via cloud (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc). The database should be zipped.

The database can be found under: C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\eM Client for SoftMaker

Please send the link to forum(at)softmaker.de with reference (link) to this thread.
Please don’t forget you user name.

Like in the pre-bèta test I also still get this error:
Error:IemcEMclientAccountHandler:Non Consistent Data

You still have no solution? Weirdest thing is that the old post is gone and not placed in the new beta forum, or in this one...

Please tell me you have a solution for this...

During the pre-bèta it was announced we could also get an offer to switch to the original emclient version, instead of Thunderbird. Is this still the issue?

Dennis

Yes. But as this is an offer from the eM Client company themselves, you should contact them directly: www.emclient.com

We are doing our best to quickly fix all open issues in the eM Client import filter.

Are you able to send us your eM Client database? (zip the folder Application Data\eM Client for SoftMaker, upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive, send the download link to forum@softmaker.de)
