In case that you haven't received or cannot find your registration e-mail with the serial key:
1. Please check the spam folder of your e-mail account. Some providers mark our e-mails as spam because they contain download links to the setup files.
2. If you still cannot find the e-mail, open www.softmaker.com and login to the customer center (you'll find the login button in the upper right corner of the website). Here you can see your purchases, invoices, product keys and download links.
3. You can also send an inquiry to sales(at)softmaker.de with the e-mail address you used to register your copy. They can send you the serial key or the whole registration e-mail again.
