ROWS can generate false circular reference warning [UPDATED]

Post by bsbd » Mon Sep 28, 2015 7:45 pm

In PlanMaker HD, any formula containing the "ROWS" function will generate a false circular reference warning if the specified array value includes the current cell. Since it's not really a circular reference, I don't receive these warnings in Excel.

PlanMaker still correctly evaluates any formula containing ROWS, but the warnings are a nuisance.

I'll send a very simple example file.

I discovered that this is also an issue with three other similar functions, ROW, COLUMN, and COLUMNS.

The good news is that I received a reply from SoftMaker support with a hotfix, but it was only for the Windows version which does me no good. They did say that the fix will be in the next updates for Android.

Please wait for the next service pack and try again as soon as it is available . It should solve these issues.
