I have TextMaker HD Basic v2016. After starting the program, It will run smoothly for about the first five 5 minutes, then the program freezes up, and I will receive an error message saying, "ERROR in obtaining license for TextMaker". Is there someone who knows how how to resolve this issue. I will be greatly appreciated for any help I receive.

Please reboot your device then check if that works.
If it still freezes after reboot please reinstall the app and then check.
