I found that automatic hyphenation are not disabled. In the Global settings (the "Language" tab) choose NOT to use automatic hyphenation.
But after rebooting or opening a new document, this option is active again.
Checked in TextMaker on iOS 16.3.1 and iPadOS 16.3.1.

Please download and install FreeOffice 2021 for Mac again, as this bug is now fixed.
