To avoid confusion, please try to open the attached file in the previous post using other Office suite (Word or WPS).
Using the two apps you can see the three hyperlinks, after that use Textmaker to open the file..bam, hyperlink gone!

There is a freeze panes bug in both 2016 and 2018 Office: *If you activate freeze panes then hold left-click, the mouse cursor would get dragged to the left (with the corresponding cells selected). I actually should be eligible for a free upgrade as well as I bought Office 2016 one week before the Office 2018 announcement.
