Cross-reference is a commercial feature and not available in any free version so, if you want to use this feature, you will have to purchase a license from the given link.

Be sure that you use the same printer driver with the same printer settings in all cases. Your second printout looks like your printer uses some ink-saving mode.

This might be possible with the BasicMaker script depending on the factors of the location of the total amount and file names etc.
