You are using FreeOffice 2021 which does not have this function in TextMaker. I do not see a trace of you owning the commercial version, SoftMaker Office, but if you have that, you should install it instead.

SuperTech gave you the wrong link. You need to install SoftMaker Office 2024 (since that's what you bought) and not SoftMaker Office NX.

In TextMaker Shift+Enter does not create paragraphs but inserts a line break in a paragraph. It should not be used generally as a replacement for Return, since (a) paragraphs are limited to around 65000 characters and (b) if you ever apply paragraph formatting, you will apply it to the whole documen...

Which command did you enter for the installation?

./installofficenx

and not:

installofficenx

That's the wrong file name. You need to download https://www.softmaker.net/down/softmake ... -amd64.tgz and then install softmaker-office-nx-1208-amd64.tgz

That's not a way of saying no, but more like "Have you considered this quick solution?"

Why don't you set the window title bar color in the Windows Control Panel to a more appealing color than gray and white? This would affect most Windows applications, not just SoftMaker Office.
