This year we will release TextMaker 2006 for all platforms and PlanMaker 2006 for all platforms. Then we will take a look at DataMaker for Windows first, and then start porting to the other platforms.

Thanks for the info, but we cannot change what Google displays in its search results. We use normal phpBB forum software, so if so this would be an issue of every forum running phpBB.

Please wait for Office 2006. If you really cannot wait for Office 2006 and need to purchase TextMaker 2006 you have to pay the normal upgrade pricing, as there is no academic pricing for it.

We have to finish all TextMaker 2005 verions first (all platforms). Then we decide what product to release next.

Currently there are no VB controls. You can use OLE automation to control TextMaker, but using the spell checker in external programs is not possible at the moment.

Before the current beta expires there will be another beta version (maybe the final beta). You don't have to install another word processor, as you will be able to use the next beta, and some time after (before this new beta expires) purchase the final release.

Either a new beta will follow, or the final release.

At first there will be TextMaker 2005 for Windows, then ports to the other platforms. After this we will do a beta of DataMaker 2005 for Windows, and after the final release we will start porting to Linux. We have to see how well DataMaker for Windows beta performs, so we cannot say for sure when Da...

We will release the beta for Windows in about a week, so take a look at our newsletter regularly.

Currently there are no plans to port our software to Symbian smartphones as most of them have a too small display and no touch screen.
