Can't print

Hi, I encounter the very same issue trying to print from my SoftMaker Office 2024 (mind the " 24 ") on Xubuntu 22.04. I assume the issue hasn't been fixed in both versions yet?
Should I open another post in that respective part (SM20 24 ) of the board?

I attached my sminfo. Thanks for looking into ...
