Having failed to download the Free Office version - see the Free Office forum - in desperation I deleted anything that I had created, and then tried to download the 30 day trial version, but this too failed - see attachment.

Any suggestions anyone?

I have followed instructions from Softmaker to ensure that there is no old version, but still get the same errors - see attachment.

How do I get the download to work?
