Product key error

i've installed soft maker to windows and got the product key but when i enter it says

internal error -12 contact customer support

can anyone help here?

im having similar problem. installed softmaker, got product key but when i put in the error comes up internal error -12 contact softmaker customer service. when i ring it says only for commerical use. can anyone help here
