Thank you for trying. Are you getting this error during installation or after installation, during activation?

Please click on ribbon command File | Options | General tab | check the option “Extended support for Asian fonts” and click OK.

Please check if any of your firewall/security software is blocking FreeOffice apps from running?

Please also check if you are facing this problem with other software also.

Just remove the app from Finder and delete Documents/SoftMaker folder for complete removal of SoftMaker Office.
