FreeOffice does not change the keyboard layout on its own and always uses the default keyboard layout configured in Windows. If the keyboard switches unexpectedly, it is likely caused by a third-party application interfering with your keyboard or input settings.

Thank you for your question. You can build an organization chart using AutoShapes. Here's how to access them:

1. Go to the Insert tab on the ribbon.

2. In the Objects group, click on AutoShapes.

3. Choose the shapes you need to create your structure.
