Thank you for your question. You can build an organization chart using AutoShapes. Here's how to access them:

1. Go to the Insert tab on the ribbon.

2. In the Objects group, click on AutoShapes.

3. Choose the shapes you need to create your structure.

MS Word shows deletions as strike-through. When I open in Textmaker NX, the deletions appear in the comments pane.
