SoftMaker Office currently does not support Hindi or other Indian languages, and we have no plans to add this support in the foreseeable future.

1. Locate the *.bak file matching your original file's name.
2. Open it in TextMaker.
3. Save it with the original file extension.
4. Use a slightly different filename (e.g., add '_restored').

3. Restart your system
4. Download the latest version from our website and reinstall it

Please click on ribbon command File | Options | General tab | Enable option “Extended support for Asian fonts”.

You can install fonts on your device and TextMaker will include it after app restart, or please paste your font file to folder /SoftMaker/Fonts/.
