Please follow these steps:
- Check the file permission settings for SoftMaker Office applications.
- Ensure that your phone software and SoftMaker Office are updated to the latest versions.
- Try reinstalling the software.

You can open that exported PDF file in Google Chrome, Safari or any other web browser you are using.

We were able to change the default font even on a non-administrator user account without any issues.

If you believe administrator rights are causing a problem for you then please try right-clicking on TextMaker and selecting Run as Administrator.

I was able to print the file without any issue on my end.

Please close the SoftMaker applications, then go to your Documents folder and rename the "SoftMaker" folder. After that, try printing again.
