This functionality is not currently possible in SoftMaker Office. However, I have forwarded your suggestion as an improvement suggestion.

In the meantime, as an alternative, you can use any third-party snipping tool to achieve a similar result.

Thank you for posting your query. This feature is already available in SoftMaker Office NX.

Please click on ribbon command File | Options | under View tab | Check the option "Highlight current column and row", you can also customize the color of the highlight.

As discussed earlier here , this issue is most likely occurring due to differently counting punctuation. There is no one "true" answer.

Debian is officially listed and supported. As for LMDE (Linux Mint Debian Edition), it's not explicitly mentioned, but since it's based on Debian, it may work well.
