You can open that exported PDF file in Google Chrome, Safari or any other web browser you are using.

We were able to change the default font even on a non-administrator user account without any issues.

If you believe administrator rights are causing a problem for you then please try right-clicking on TextMaker and selecting Run as Administrator.

I was able to print the file without any issue on my end.

Please close the SoftMaker applications, then go to your Documents folder and rename the "SoftMaker" folder. After that, try printing again.

It's the same FreeOffice. However, the version installed on your computer's hard drive requires an internet connection for activation, while the version installed on a USB drive can be activated from any other computer that has internet access.
