1. Please click on the ribbon command File | Options | Appearance tab.
2. Uncheck the option “Show tooltip”.

It appears there is some corruption in the file. To resolve this, please follow these steps (preferably both):
1. Right-click in the table > go to Properties > Table > Layout tab > change Wrapping from "Surrounding" to "None".
2. Save the file as DOCX (not DOC).

We attempted to change the font colors multiple times, but the color always inverted (black/white).

Ribbon customization is not available in FreeOffice, as this feature is exclusive to the commercial edition of SoftMaker Office.
