Goal Seek in PlanMaker works by approximation and offers only four settings — Formula cell , Target value , Variable cell and Accuracy . There is currently no option to restrict the search to a minimum and maximum value for the variable cell. I have forwarded your improvement suggestion.

Array formulas are not the default in PlanMaker. A formula only becomes one if you confirm it with Cmd+Shift+Enter ; a plain Enter always produces an ordinary formula.
