Re: PlanMaker Lagging Badly

That’s good to hear that PlanMaker works fine on Android, but this is the PlanMaker for Mac forum and my problem is on a Mac.

Just ignore the jester.

Are you experiencing the lagging with a particular file or any file? If is with a file in particular I am sure the SM team will want to take a ...

Re: How to Text direction in a cell

Today. You really have the nerve to provoke me.

Oh no! I am so scared now!

Let me make one thing clear: I’ve loved Softmaker Office NX for several months now, and I love it because it’s lightweight and free of unnecessary features. Softmaker Office NX runs smoothly precisely because ...

Do you honestly NOT see the irony of claiming that you love SoftMaker Office because of its lack of unnecessary features, when almost every single day you continue to propose more and more unnecessary additional "features"?

Are you serious?
He is just a jester.

Re: How to Text direction in a cell

I have to admit you’re too conservative. You just want Softmaker to fall short of its competitors. The Softmaker user guide actually encourages users to submit feedback if they find the software is missing features. Microsoft has text orientation customization, while Planmaker currently lags ...

Re: How to Text direction in a cell

Amusing...

You:

As I hate Excel because it contains useless features such as ‘Print title’, ‘Background’, etc., and is so cumbersome, I don’t use it.

Then, also you:

Today, I happened to be browsing Google and discovered this feature. It all looks very familiar to me. But Planmaker doesn’t ...

Re: [Font Noto Colors Emoji] does not display symbols in the Symbol feature

There is a difference between emojis and symbols. Symbols are characters that are not easy to access, usually, fro ma keyboard. We are talking: currency, mathematical, mechanical, electrical, chemical, OS/system... symbols, as well as accented characters and characters from other languages. This ...

Re: Inconsistent styles between formats

Seems some clarification is in order:

1. Create a odt document in TextMaker and insert a footnote. (Notice that TextMaker will use the "footnote text" style).
2. Replicate the same document on LibreOffice. (Notice how Write uses "footnote" style instead)
3. Open in LibreOffice the document created ...

Document encryption

Just as is the case in TM2024, and as it was discussed here , is possible to open odt files encrypted with AES256, however once is saved the encryption is downgraded to the weaker Blowfish CFB. However, if the file is saved as docx, AES256 is maintained.

I understand that Blowfish CFB is the ...

Re: [New proposal] Add a ‘Dark Documment' feature to the Presentation software for computers and mobile phones

I actually think this feature is really great. It’s helpful for users. It’s not unreasonable at all.

Really? How so? Have you considered how it would work if you were using a complex template? How would it work if you have a template that provided different backgrounds and/or title colours ...

Oh yes, this also provides a few other wonderful benefits that you didn't think about:
1. Turning support into an unending nightmare when trying to help a user to find what's he is looking for after he modified the entire menu or by mistake removed what he was looking for.
2. Adding unnecessary ...

Re: [Feature Suggestion] Automatically resize images when changing the width or height of a cell

Your feature suggestion what indicates this is one of those cases where is a user workflow problem. To be clear: The user is doing things the wrong way around. By default, most, if not all Word processors and Layout applications work the other way around: The size of the row or column adjusts to the ...

Re: OUCH! Massive loss of body text format (into headers)

I can reproduce this issue in 2026.

Is happens when you select headers and body text and promote or demote the selected block. I will convert a style as normal into header for whatever reason.

To reproduce:

1. Open/create a document that have both headers (h1, h2, h3...) and text (normal style ...
