Thanks. I just noticed that when I try to open up a previous Word doc then Word automatically opens - not my SoftMaker app. So perhaps if I uninstall all my MS Office apps it will automatically open all previous Word (doc, excel, ppt)?

Should I uninstall all my Microsoft Office Apps on my MAC now that I'm using SoftMaker? Or do I need to keep them on my laptop for any reason at all? I.e., Will I need the MS apps for anything that others send to me in MS Office format? I don't want to uninstall anything that will cause problems lat...
