Bullets and numbering not identical to ms/libre office

If the text was using bullets and numbering format in ms/libre office,
such as 一、二、三 in tradition chinese (means one, two three..)
and then open it in TextMaker2018 will become 1,2,3.

OS: UBUNTU 16.04
