PlanMaker print preview freezes.

hello,
i have installe PlanMaker 2018 rev. 918.1128 64bit on ms windows 7.
when I try to open the print preview, the new preview window is displayed without buttons and content and the main window remains frozen even after closing the preview.
same thing appens on windows 10.
