Why not use the master pages for the fancy borders, and then just set the margins to ensure the text always stays within the border?

That way, you can format the book without worrying about linking/sizing text boxes?

Okay... so the bug only appears when the option to Create Table of Contents is selected. See attached zip file with two epub documents created from the same file: one with TOC not selected; one with TOC selected.

When you format the Heading 1 style to have a page break before the heading (usual for many longer documents), the epub export puts a blank page before each heading (not just starting on a new page). See attached files.

Thanks, Jossi. Perfectly sensible. Only sorry that my name is now forever associated with such a silly question!

There seems to be no way to set the default page size on TextMaker 2018 to A4. It keeps reverting to the irritating Letter size.

Am I missing something?
