Comment numbering

Textmaker Pro 2024 (rev S1224.0308) 64bit ARM

After setting comments visible so they show at the side of the page with arrows to the highlighted text...
If I have some comments already done, then insert another to the left of the existing one, the comments renumber perfectly (the little number in each comment box).
If I now delete that last added comment, the others do not (un) renumber.

I apologise for the delay, a memory problem!

I tried this again on a clean document and it worked perfectly.
I have no idea what was wrong. Clearly it is not a bug.
Sorry for the wasted tests you did.
