I had three e-mails arrive in response to the purchase of the standard Office 2012 software.
An acknowledgement of purchase, an invoice and an e-mail stating the order was complete with a link for a half off offer for 100 fonts.
I have looked over all three e-mails very carefully and there is no hyperlink for Office 2012, just the hyperlink for the 100 fonts.
I clicked on that and purchased the 100 fonts.
That got me three more e-mails.
An acknowledgment of purchase, an invoice and an e-mail with the hyperlink to the 100 fonts.
All of these arrived in my inbox fine, none went to the Spam folder, there is no e-mails from SoftMaker in my Spam folder.
I used Reply to the Office 2012 Invoice e-mail requesting a send or resend of a hyperlink for the Office 2012 download yesterday and again today without a response to date.
The hyperlink for the 100 fonts works fine, but I don't want to use that until I have Office 2012 installed.
