Conditional Formatting

Postby Radioboyo » Wed Apr 15, 2009 11:44 pm

Can somebody explain how to use the "between" & "not between" with the "and" . What exactly does this do in conditional formatting? An example would be ideal. Regards Radioboyo.

Hello,

with the conditional formating you can format cells in special cases. I attached a sample file. In that file the cells A1, B1 an C1 are formatted with "Cell value" | "between" | "1" | and | "2" and a blue background with white text color.

That means, if the value in the cell is between 1 and 2, PlanMaker formats the cell with a blue background and with white text color. that happens in the cells A1 and A2.

The cell A3 also contains these formating "rules" but the value is 3, so nothing happens here.
