I purchased several things last week for download during your Carnival Craziness and I am eager to get it. Are you back to work, or is Carnival having an affect on your work hours......?

Well, we still have a lot of orders to process and our sales team do the best to speed up processing all the orders. I think we will send out all download instructions within this week.
We're sorry for the delay, but we are really swamped with orders!
