A year ago, I let go with TextMaker as it would not work properly with .rtf files. It was quite useless to me then. But I liked TextMaker and I was sorry that I had to let go on it. Yesterday, as I was mad at Word, I reloaded my TextMaker and did a search on the forum, and read all the threads concerning .rtf files. Many people had the same problem.... and this is when I discovered that there was a patch now that corrected the problem. I downloaded the patch and I am now running TextMaker (rev405)....it is working very will. So, now I am back with TextMaker, thanks to rev405 and the forum. It is a happy story!
