Dark theme but lighter page colour?

Hi
I like the dark ribbon theme and can see how to change the Workspace Colour in Options,
But how do I change the theme to make the paper of the document show in another colour (Black with white text is horrible)

I know I can work around this by Layout>Background but If I want it to show light grey, for example, this has implications when printing

And its a nice grey colour too, not white on black
