Can't set new default style

I can't set new default style of character or paragraph. Each time the same error.

Please do the following steps to check if you have permission to save the Normal.tmvx file
1. Open the Normal.tmvx file via File | Open
2. Type "A"
3. Save the file and close it. Were you able to save it successfully?
4. File | New
5. The new file will have an A in it.

You can now repeat the steps and undo the "A".
While you are at it, you can also right-click the document area > character style > Normal > edit... > and then change the font settings there.
