The limits are quite generous for this, but I wondered if there is a way to extend if you happen to run out of the monthly limit for a NX subscription?

And secondly, is the limit shared between FlexiPDF and Office or are they both independent.

The mechanism is to renew the subscription ahead of time. You won't lose any time left on your subscription from before the renewal.

The SoftMaker Office and FlexiPDF limits are separate, as they are separate licenses.
