Table lookup function returns #N/A

Post by allenschmid »

I posted this problem for Planmaker 2016. Planmaker2018 appeared to have corrected it but the bug has returned. Sometimes it works and returns the table value, sometimes it returns #N/A. I was unable to get it to work today and had to use OpenOffice. Please correct this. I regret buying this since OpenOffice is free and works better.

Please provide a sample document that demonstrates the issue. We can then investigate if there is a bug in the software or a user error or a wrong setting somewhere.

I'm attaching a sample document. If it opens and is correct, close and reopen. It seems to be random.

I opened your sample file with several revisions of PlanMaker and used the 32bit and the 64bit versions. I was not able to see the bug. Is there a way to reliable reproduce that issue?

There is no reliable way to make the bug show up. Seems to be about 50/50. I've attached the file saved in xl format. The about information is

PlanMaker Professional 2018 (920.1214) 64 bit.

Please try again with the next service pack (should be available via auto update within the next few days).
