I am a licensed user of Ashampoo Office 2018. As this program does not have access to Basicmaker, I have installed Softmaker Office 2018. All of my Ashampoo settings were kept. My question is: how do I know if the Softmaker Office 2018 has been registered? There is no indication in Help -> About or Help -> Manage License to indicate the status. It appears that my Ashampoo License Number was accepted by the Softmaker product.
Further to my previous post, I have purchased an upgrade license from Softmaker, reinstalled the application and entered the new license key, but the previous question still applies - there is nothing to indicate the license key has been accepted.
