Centering

Post by cwh » Thu Jun 25, 2009 9:10 am

Hello - If I write a letter using Textmaker is there anyway that I can move the text so that the whole letter sits nicely in the centre of the page rather than for instance leaving a large gap at the bottom of the page - I have searched 'help' but cannot find what I require
Thank you

Object->New Text Frame

Resize this frame to match your writing area.

Object->Properties->Inner Text->Vertical Alignment->Center

Enter your text into that frame. It will be centered, now.

In TM 2008, you'll have another way to center Content on a page

Select Format->Chapter, click "Centered" in the "Vertical Alignment"-Section
