Highlighting data

Post by Jensen » Sat Sep 01, 2007 2:53 pm

Can anybody explain how I can highlight more than one record from a sheet so I can copy & paste elsewhere. With my old microsoft version I just clicked and held down the mouse to highlight, then copy & pasted.

Thanks

Do you refer to TextMaker (as you posted to the TextMaker forum) or did you mean PlanMaker (as you refer to sheets)?

In TextMaker simply press and hold down the mouse key and select the table cells you want to select.

In PlanMaker click at the first row header (eg "1", "5"), hold down the SHIFT key and click at the last row header. The rows in between will be selected.
You can also use the CTRL instead of SHIFT key to select single rows.
