Spell check startup

Postby faferg » Tue Oct 20, 2015 11:47 pm

When starting spell check with the cursor at the end of a new document, Spell check reported, No Errors. I knew that was not the case, so I moved the cursor to the top of the document. Again, I pressed F7 to start Spell check. It worked as expected -- finding errors. I'm used to Textmaker for Windows asking me if I want to begin at the cursor or at the beginning of the document. Is this the Linux way or a possible improvement?

That is on our wish list for future versions but not yet implemented.
