eM client major update failure

I launched eM client today.
It asked if I wanted to update.
The update downloaded, started to run then asked me to insert a CD. I had to cancel that, of course, and the update failed.
What gives?

We referred that problem to our developers and will inform you as soon as there is a solution.

Does the problem still exist? If yes, please proceed as follows:
1) Open the command line (Start=>Rund=>CMD and type following: msiexec /i path /lv* filename.log (e.g. "msiexec /i C:\Users\YOURNAME\Downloads\setup.msi /lv* eMClientInstall.log")
2) Wait until the installation is done/crashes and send us the log via Tools=>Settings=>Logging

I have already established that the problem is that it tries to uninstall the old version after installing the new version. It looks for the v4 installer to do this. It cannot find one so it stops. I am then left with v4 and version 5 on my computer.

To overcome this, I uninstalled both versions, than installed v5.

It now works.
