Revision Numbers and Changelog?

Post by gonzo » Tue Jan 06, 2015 1:08 pm

Hi. I seem to recall installing an update to FreeOffice last month, and today when I opened it it said there was another update which I have downloaded an installed. It is now at Rev 697. However I cannot find any information about what has changed. Do Softmaker ever produce a Changelog? It would be good to know what to look for or expect with the new revision.

Thanks for a great product and Happy New Year!

There are no change logs for FreeOffice, only for SoftMaker Office. But in most cases the changes are the same as in the last service pack for SoftMaker Office:
http://www.softmaker.com/english/servofw12_en.htm

Please note that the service pack file from that site does not work with FreeOffice.

Thanks, that's helpful. Although I'm not sure why the Revision numbers don't agree, but maybe there have been additional changes to FreeOffice?

There has been one additional fix for FreeOffice for a bug that was introduced only in FreeOffice.
