Impossible to launch after update

I have purchased Office Mobile for Android from the site. An update was issued yesterday, but after I cannot launch any of the application any more. I have wiped cache and Dalvik, but no way.
Thank you for any help. I am on Android 4.2.2

Could you please first uninstall ALL xMakers and then install the new versions, so that you are forced to insert the serial key again? If that works, we at least know that the problem is the update.

Data cleared, uninstall, re-install, no way I still have force close when launching any of the 3 programs

Hi - have you broken the link from the update page when you check via tools update?

I have Tablet and Samsung phone and I cannot get either to download anything.

The update should work properly. If you have problems you can use the download links from the registration e-mail (the .apk files). Just download and install them and you should have rev. 685 installed.

The download links from inside the software work only if you are updating from revision 684. Older revisions displayed the links, but you could not click them. That's why the update mailing also contained direct links.
